Al lives in Rhinelander, just down the road from Oaken Bucket.  He is retired and works full time at Oaken Bucket and is always around for anything you may need.

Sarah, Al's daughter, lives in Oklahoma and is part of the fourth generation.  She currently books reservations and serves as the Webmaster, and is also more than willing to answer any questions you may have.  Sarah grew up with the cottages and is very familiar with the day-to-day operations.
